The teashop was nicer than most establishments he would frequent. It smelled proper old woman and tea leaves. Sen hadn't been in decent society for quite awhile, even before he'd been ousted from his father's good graces, and by extension the rest of the Hasegawa family. Unlike his cousin, Yumi Hasegawa , he had almost nothing to show for it.

He was glorified IT. No, not even that... he was a website manager. Child's play. He was a hacker not a college-level website designer. Yet, admittedly, he was doing his best not to make a bigger fool of himself, which was proving... difficult. Not to mention the old bag was asking for him. Now, was such an insult justified? Not at all, he was just rude. He knew nothing of the woman though and it irritated him that he was somehow required to meet the lady. Meanwhile he could be doing anything else instead, but he wasn't.

Sen didn't even like tea.

Even then, patiently and surprisingly on time, he waited. Yumi would have been proud. He was less so, in fact, he was just about to crawl out of his chair and find something better to do when the door of the tea shop open and he canted his head aside to spy the old bat.

"Let's get this with." He grumbled to himself, feeling like a proper loser.
